Terms of Service

These terms apply to electrical services provided by Trim City Electric, LLC, Washington contractor license #TRIMCCE746KG, 11829 A Admiralty Way, Everett, WA 98204.

Estimates and pricing

Written estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection and are valid for 30 days. Hidden conditions — concealed wiring damage, code violations or inaccessible areas — may require a revised estimate, which we will present for approval before continuing.

Scheduling and appointments

Requested appointment times are not confirmed until we contact you. We make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window; emergency calls and utility delays can occasionally affect timing.

Site access and safety

You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to work areas, panels and utility connections. We may pause work if unsafe conditions, hazardous materials or code violations are discovered.

Permits and inspections

Where required, permits are pulled in the name of Trim City Electric, LLC and inspections coordinated with the applicable Washington authority. Permit and inspection fees may be billed as pass-through costs.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless other terms are stated in writing. Larger projects may require progress payments or a deposit for materials.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for one year from completion unless a longer term is stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alterations by others, utility events or acts of nature.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business or spoilage, to the extent permitted by Washington law.
