Recent projects
1948 Craftsman rewire — Everett
Knob-and-tube through the attic and two-prong outlets throughout. We rewired the home in four days, added AFCI protection and upgraded to a 200-amp panel. Inspection passed first visit.
EV charger + panel upgrade — Mill Creek
A 125-amp panel couldn't support a Level 2 charger and a heat pump. We upgraded the service, installed a dedicated 240V circuit and added whole-home surge protection.
Warehouse LED retrofit — Lynnwood
Replaced 140 metal halide fixtures with high-bay LEDs and occupancy sensors, then filed the utility rebate paperwork on the owner's behalf.
Storm outage response — Lake Stevens
A downed limb tore the weatherhead off the house. We made the site safe overnight, coordinated with the utility and had permanent service restored the next day.
